Here is the first in our new series of video blogs titled: Retail, an Inside Look. NRF Foundation is taking a new approach to spreading the word about retail careers. At NRF’s 2010 BIG SHOW in January, we videotaped five-minute interviews with various attendees who have worked in all different facets of retail, from Directors of Sales to Vice President of Human Resources. These interviewees discussed their climb up the retail career ladder and gave us insight into some of their favorite aspects of the industry. We will be sharing new videos periodically, so be sure to check back as we continue to feature retail professionals’ inside looks at the industry!
We hope these videos will inspire those who have the energy, enthusiasm and passion for retailing to take a closer look.
