The NRF Foundation is the retail industry’s point central for retail career information. Through the Retail Careers Center website and the Retail Careers Blog, NRFF creates awareness, generates excitement, and promotes the diversity of retail career tracks and opportunities.
NRFF is committed to ensuring a knowledgeable next generation of retailers, and assisting retailers and business partners recruit, manage, and develop talent. As the research and education arm of the National Retail Federation, NRFF is a non-profit foundation created in 1981. NRFF conducts industry research, and develops education and training programs and professional industry credentials to help retail associates advance.
NRFF research provides the basis for education about the industry and its importance to the economy, and arms industry and government leaders with analyses of public policy decisions on consumers, retailers, and the economy.
